This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided for products and services purchased from Conscious Alignment LLC. By purchasing any course, session, or service from this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Digital Courses and Online Programs

All digital courses, downloadable products, and online programs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, access is granted immediately upon purchase, and the material cannot be returned. Once access to a course or digital product has been provided, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances.
We encourage all customers to carefully review course descriptions, outlines, and eligibility details before making a purchase. If you have questions about whether a course is right for you, you are encouraged to contact us prior to purchasing.
2. One-to-One Sessions and Private Services
All one-to-one sessions, including coaching, consulting, mentoring, or hypnotherapy sessions, are non-refundable once booked. Payment secures a dedicated time slot, energetic preparation, and professional availability, and therefore cannot be reversed.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, rescheduling may be permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be considered a missed session and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Failure to attend a session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
3. Packages and Multi-Session Programs
Packages, bundles, or multi-session offerings are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions within a package must be used within the specified time frame, if applicable. Unused sessions are not eligible for refunds or extensions unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, emotional readiness, lack of results, personal circumstances, or failure to engage with the material. Results vary based on individual commitment, readiness, and participation, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes. In rare cases of duplicate charges or technical errors, corrections may be made at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to revoke access to all purchased content and services in the event of a chargeback.
